A classic royal dessert enriched with the floral depth and golden colour of ZAFF saffron,
making each bite luxurious and aromatic.
Method

  1. Prepare the Rabri
    Simmer milk with sugar, cardamom, and ZAFF saffron powder until it thickens gently.
    Finish with rose water.
  2. Fry the Bread
    Crisp the bread slices in ghee until golden.
  3. Assemble
    Place the fried bread on a serving dish and pour the warm saffron-infused rabri over it.
  4. Finish with ZAFF
    Add a light pinch of ZAFF saffron powder on top for aroma and colour.
    Serve:
    Warm or chilled, with the unmistakable ZAFF fragrance completing the dessert.
