Butter Chicken

Ingredients
● Chicken breast/thigh (boneless): 700 g
● Yogurt: ½ cup (120 g)
● Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
● Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
● Salt: 1½ tsp
● Kashmiri chili (or mild paprika): 1½ tsp
● Butter: 3 tbsp
● Tomato puree: 2 cups (480 ml)
● Cream: ½–¾ cup (120–180 ml)
● Garam masala: 1 tsp
● Sugar: 1–2 tsp
● Kasuri methi: 1 tsp
● Zaff Aroma Powder: ¼ tsp
Method

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt mix 30 min; grill/pan-sear until cooked.
  2. Cook tomato puree in butter 10–15 min until thick.
  3. Add cream, sugar, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt adjust.
  4. Add chicken; simmer 5 min.
  5. Add Zaff powder last 2 minutes.
