Firni

Ingredients
● Milk: 1 liter (4 cups)
● Rice powder (ground soaked rice): ¼ cup (40 g)
● Sugar: ½ cup (100 g)
● Cardamom: 1 tsp
● Saffron (optional): pinch
● Nuts (pistachio/almond): 2 tbsp
● Rose water (optional): 1 tsp
● Zaff Aroma Spray: 1–2 light sprays (on top at serving)
Method

  1. Simmer milk. Slowly whisk in rice powder.
  2. Cook until thick 10–15 min. Add sugar, cardamom, rose water.
  3. Chill 2–4 hrs.
  4. Garnish nuts; spray Zaff lightly on top before serving.
