Ingredients
● Milk: 1 liter (4 cups)
● Rice powder (ground soaked rice): ¼ cup (40 g)
● Sugar: ½ cup (100 g)
● Cardamom: 1 tsp
● Saffron (optional): pinch
● Nuts (pistachio/almond): 2 tbsp
● Rose water (optional): 1 tsp
● Zaff Aroma Spray: 1–2 light sprays (on top at serving)
Method
- Simmer milk. Slowly whisk in rice powder.
- Cook until thick 10–15 min. Add sugar, cardamom, rose water.
- Chill 2–4 hrs.
- Garnish nuts; spray Zaff lightly on top before serving.
