Ingredients
● Chicken (whole or pieces): 1.2 kg
● Yogurt: 1 cup (240 g)
● Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
● Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
● Kashmiri chili/paprika: 2 tsp
● Cumin: 1 tsp
● Coriander: 1 tsp
● Garam masala: 1 tsp
● Salt: 2 tsp
● Oil: 1 tbsp
● Zaff Aroma Powder: ¼ tsp
Method
- Make slits. Mix marinade + Zaff powder; coat chicken. Rest 4–12 hrs.
- Bake 220°C 20 min, then 200°C 20–25 min. Broil last 3–5 min.
- Rest 5 min; serve.
