Some sweets don’t just satisfy — they feel like a celebration in every golden bite. And nothing completes that indulgence quite like ZAFF Golden Luqaimat. Light, airy dough infused with a delicate touch of ZAFF Aroma Powder, fried to perfection and drizzled with rich date syrup or honey — each bite is crisp outside, soft inside, and beautifully aromatic. Perfect for festive gatherings or a sweet moment of comfort.

Method

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, cardamom, and a pinch of ZAFF Aroma Powder, mixing evenly to distribute the fragrance.

Add yogurt and gradually pour in warm water, stirring until you achieve a smooth, slightly sticky batter. Cover and let it rest for 45–60 minutes until light and airy.

Heat oil over medium heat and carefully drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until the balls turn evenly golden and crisp.

Remove and drain briefly, then generously drizzle with date syrup (dibs) or honey while still warm.

Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired, and serve warm — crisp, golden, and infused with ZAFF’s signature aroma.

Good food doesn’t need to be complicated — just beautifully balanced. Was this your golden winner, chef?
