Paneer cubes

Thick yogurt

ZAFF saffron strands
2 tbsp
Mustard oil

Method

Simmer the pitted dates in water for 5–8 minutes until soft and tender, then mash or blend into a smooth, luscious paste.

Return the mixture to low heat and stir in a pinch of salt and optional cardamom, allowing the flavors to deepen gently.

Gradually add the whole wheat flour (or semolina), stirring continuously to prevent lumps and cook for 8–12 minutes until thick and glossy.

Fold in ghee or butter for richness, then add ¼ tsp of ZAFF Aroma Powder to infuse a subtle golden fragrance.

Stir until smooth and well combined, then serve warm, presenting a soft, aromatic, and indulgent dessert.
