Method

Pour water into a pot and bring to a gentle boil, forming the base for your aromatic coffee.

Add 2–3 tablespoons of light-roast Arabic coffee and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes to extract a rich flavor.

Turn off the heat, then stir in crushed cardamom, optional saffron, and a pinch of ZAFF Aroma Powder to elevate aroma and create a golden fragrance.

Let the coffee rest for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the grounds to settle naturally.
