Thick yogurt

Method

Boil the chicken (boneless or with bones) in water or stock until extremely tender, forming a flavorful base.

Add the soaked cracked wheat and simmer over low heat for 60–90 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Mash or blend the mixture to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency that is rich and comforting.

Stir in ghee for richness, then fold in ¼ tsp of ZAFF Aroma Powder to infuse subtle saffron fragrance throughout.

Optionally add a pinch of cinnamon, adjust seasoning, and serve warm, presenting a golden, aromatic, and indulgent dish.
