Method

Soak ZAFF saffron strands in warm milk for 10 minutes, allowing the milk to turn beautifully golden and fragrant.

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, spices, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt and the saffron-infused milk. Mix until smooth and richly coloured.
