Balochi Sajji

Ingredients
● Whole chicken: 1.2–1.5 kg
● Salt: 2 tsp
● Black pepper: 1 tsp
● Lemon juice: 2 tbsp (30 ml)
● Oil/butter for basting: 2 tbsp
● Zaff Aroma Powder: ¼ tsp
Method

  1. Make slits; rub salt, pepper, lemon, Zaff powder. Rest 1–3 hrs.
  2. Roast 200°C for 50–70 min, baste halfway.
  3. Rest 10 min; serve.
