Paneer cubes

Method

Marinate the chicken in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and Kashmiri chili for 30 minutes. Grill or pan-sear the chicken until cooked and slightly golden.

In a pan, melt butter and cook the tomato puree for 10–15 minutes, letting it thicken and develop a rich, fragrant base.

Stir in cream, sugar, garam masala, kasuri methi, and adjust salt to taste, blending the flavors into a luscious, smooth sauce.

Add the cooked chicken pieces into the sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak up the creamy, spiced goodness.

Finish with ¼ tsp of ZAFF Aroma Powder, sprinkling it in during the last 2 minutes to elevate fragrance and add a golden aromatic touch.
