A regal biryani layered with fragrant basmati rice and tender chicken, completed with the
signature saffron aroma of ZAFF that rises beautifully with every warm breath of steam.
Method
- Marinate the Chicken
Coat chicken with your spice blend and allow it to rest so the flavours settle deeply. - Prepare the Rice
Boil basmati rice with whole spices until 70% done. Drain and set aside. - Cook the Chicken Masala
Sauté onions until golden, stir in tomatoes and green chillies, then add the marinated chicken
and cook until rich and aromatic. - Layering with ZAFF
Spread half of the rice over the chicken. Add mint and coriander.
Mist lightly with ZAFF saffron spray to add a golden fragrance.
Top with the remaining rice and finish with another delicate saffron mist. - Dum Cooking
Seal the pot and steam for 15–20 minutes, allowing the aroma of ZAFF to infuse through every
grain.
