Chicken Biryani with the Golden Aroma of ZAFF

A regal biryani layered with fragrant basmati rice and tender chicken, completed with the
signature saffron aroma of ZAFF that rises beautifully with every warm breath of steam.
Method

  1. Marinate the Chicken
    Coat chicken with your spice blend and allow it to rest so the flavours settle deeply.
  2. Prepare the Rice
    Boil basmati rice with whole spices until 70% done. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken Masala
    Sauté onions until golden, stir in tomatoes and green chillies, then add the marinated chicken
    and cook until rich and aromatic.
  4. Layering with ZAFF
    Spread half of the rice over the chicken. Add mint and coriander.
    Mist lightly with ZAFF saffron spray to add a golden fragrance.
    Top with the remaining rice and finish with another delicate saffron mist.
  5. Dum Cooking
    Seal the pot and steam for 15–20 minutes, allowing the aroma of ZAFF to infuse through every
    grain.
    Serve:
    Warm and fragrant, with ZAFF giving the biryani its signature golden identity.
