Ingredients
● Harees wheat (cracked wheat): 1½ cups (300 g) (soaked 2 hrs)
● Chicken (boneless or with bones): 700 g
● Water/stock: 8–10 cups (2–2.5 L)
● Salt: 2 tsp
● Ghee: 3 tbsp
● Cinnamon (optional): pinch
● Zaff Aroma Powder: ¼ tsp
Method
- Boil chicken until very tender.
- Add soaked wheat; simmer low 60–90 min, stirring.
- Mash/blend to creamy texture.
- Add ghee + Zaff powder (and cinnamon). Serve
