Ingredients
● Cooked chickpeas: 2 cups (320 g)
● Tahini: ⅓ cup (80 g)
● Lemon juice: ¼ cup (60 ml)
● Garlic: 2 cloves
● Salt: 1 tsp
● Ground cumin (optional): ½ tsp
● Ice-cold water: 3–6 tbsp (45–90 ml)
● Olive oil (to top): 1–2 tbsp
● Zaff Aroma Powder: 1 pinch
Method
- Blend lemon juice + garlic 20 sec.
- Add tahini; blend until creamy.
- Add chickpeas, salt, cumin, Zaff powder; blend.
- Add cold water slowly until smooth.
- Plate and drizzle olive oil.
