Ingredients
● Sugar: 2 cups (400 g)
● Water: 1½ cups (360 ml)
● Cornstarch: ½ cup (60 g)
● Ghee: ⅓ cup (80 g)
● Rose water: 2 tbsp (30 ml)
● Cardamom: 1 tsp
● Saffron (optional): pinch
● Mixed nuts: ½ cup (70 g)
● Zaff Aroma Powder: ¼ tsp
Method
- Boil sugar + water 5 min (gentle boil).
- Mix cornstarch with a little water until smooth; whisk into syrup.
- Cook low, stir until thick and glossy 15–25 min.
- Add ghee, rose water, cardamom, nuts, Zaff powder.
- Pour into greased tray; cool and cut.
