Some greens aren’t just nourishing — they feel like a celebration of rustic flavors. And nothing captures that wholesome indulgence quite like ZAFF Sarson Ka Saag. With tender spinach and mustard greens, aromatic spices, and a subtle touch of ZAFF Aroma Powder, every bite is earthy, rich, and unforgettable. Perfect for hearty meals and festive feasts alike.

Method

Boil spinach and mustard greens until soft, then roughly blend them to retain a touch of texture.

In ghee, sauté chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant, releasing deep, aromatic flavors.

Add the blended greens along with salt and red chili, simmering gently for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld beautifully.

Stir in cornmeal or cornflour as a thickener and cook for another 3–5 minutes until the saag reaches a luscious consistency.

Finish with ¼ tsp of ZAFF Aroma Powder, stirring it in at the end to elevate aroma and add a golden, indulgent touch.

Good food doesn’t need to be complicated — just beautifully balanced. Was this your golden winner, chef?
