Saag

Ingredients
● Spinach: 500 g
● Mustard greens (or kale): 300–500 g
● Onion (chopped): 1
● Garlic: 6 cloves
● Ginger: 1 tbsp
● Green chilies: 2–3
● Ghee: 3 tbsp
● Salt: 1½ tsp
● Red chili: 1 tsp
● Cornmeal/cornflour (thickener): 2 tbsp
● Zaff Aroma Powder: ¼ tsp
Method

  1. Boil greens until soft; blend roughly.
  2. In ghee, sauté onion, garlic, ginger, chilies.
  3. Add greens + spices; simmer 10 min.
  4. Add thickener; cook 3–5 min.
  5. Add Zaff powder at the end.
