Saudi Gahwa

Ingredients
● Water: 3 cups (720 ml)
● Arabic coffee (light roast): 2–3 tbsp (15–20 g)
● Crushed cardamom: 1–2 tsp
● Saffron (optional): pinch
● Cloves (optional): 1–2
● Zaff Aroma Powder: 1 pinch
Method

  1. Boil water, add coffee; simmer 8–10 min.
  2. Turn off heat; add cardamom + saffron + Zaff powder.
  3. Rest 2–3 min; pour carefully (let grounds settle).
