A classic royal dessert enriched with the floral depth and golden colour of ZAFF saffron,
making each bite luxurious and aromatic.
Method
- Prepare the Rabri
Simmer milk with sugar, cardamom, and ZAFF saffron powder until it thickens gently.
Finish with rose water. - Fry the Bread
Crisp the bread slices in ghee until golden. - Assemble
Place the fried bread on a serving dish and pour the warm saffron-infused rabri over it. - Finish with ZAFF
Add a light pinch of ZAFF saffron powder on top for aroma and colour.
Serve:
Warm or chilled, with the unmistakable ZAFF fragrance completing the dessert.
